Reduce High Histamine Foods Did you know that certain foods can actually increase your risk of allergy symptoms? Histamine can be found in many foods that actually lead to an increase of histamine within the body leading to a higher risk of seasonal allergies and the symptoms that accompany it. We do recommend avoiding any foods that are known to be high in histamines, especially during allergy season!

Avoid The Outdoors

It may seem a bit difficult to avoid the outdoors completely but greatly reducing your exposure to the outdoors as specially when things you're allergic to when active can be greatly beneficial. If you must go outside we highly recommend trying to reduce the amount of time you spend outside and make sure you close any windows in your vehicle if possible while traveling.

Gluten-Free Vegan Chai Spice Overnight Oats Recipe ½ Cup Gluten-Free Oats

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

â…” Cup Plant-Based Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

¼ Cup Plant-Based Yogurt

½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

¼ Teaspoon Ginger

â…› Teaspoon Nutmeg

⅛ Teaspoon Allspace 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup As mentioned before, this recipe is extremely easy and doesn’t even require heat. Simply add all the ingredients to a container with a lid (we prefer a mason jar) and shake well. Sit inside your refrigerator overnight and by morning you should have a perfect meal. Wishing it was a bit warmer? No problem, you can heat it up as well if you prefer (although it is not required).

  • 1 Cup Quinoa (Rinsed)

  • ¼ Cup Frozen Carrot Bits

  • ¼ Cup Frozen Green Peas

  • ¼ Cup Chopped Kale

  • ¼ Cup Pineapple Bits

  • ¼ Cup Coconut Aminos

  • ¼ Cup Pineapple Juice

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1 Cup Vegetable Broth

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • Pinch Crushed Red Pepper (Optional)

  • ¼ Cup Green Onion (Garnish)


Combine all ingredients except green onions in a large pot, bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Add green onion and mix then serve.
