During the holiday season, gathering in large groups is a common practice. Friends and family get together to spread joy and enjoy the holidays. This can make it easier to transmit illness, especially this year dealing with covid-19. We recommend keeping your gatherings smaller, only including those in your closest circle.

Wash Hands

You should always be washing your hands frequently, it can help to reduce the spread of germs and illness. This holiday season it is even more important to reduce the spread of coronavirus. You should wash your hands using soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Eat Healthy

When it comes to staying healthy, what you consume can have a big impact. We recommend eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole food starches and healthy fats, such as avocados, seeds and nuts. While it may seem like a good time to binge on the sweets, these aren’t very healthy for you and don’t promote a healthier lifestyle.
