Why Choose Dawn?

• Dawn is one of the few acupuncturists in the Tampa Bay area who is Nationally Board-Certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine as well as Acupuncture. Many acupuncturists are not well-trained in Chinese Herbs, and fewer still are Board Certified in it. 
• Dawn has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997, and often incorporates massage therapy into her patient treatments. 
• Dawn has a solid working knowledge of Western medicine and usually combines Western and Oriental medicines into her diagnostic and treatment approach. When indicated, Dawn may order blood tests or stool, urine or hair analysis. 
• Dawn spends time with patients:  1.5 to 2 hours for the first visit and 45 to 60 minutes for follow-up treatments allows plenty of time for high-quality, individualized care. 
• Dawn is personally available via e-mail or phone for patient questions. She often engages in e-mail dialogue with patients, sending them educational materials and relevant research information. 
• Dawn maintains a comprehensive on-site herbal pharmacy that is comprised of American-manufactured and GMP-certified herbal products, including liquid pediatric formulas that are tailored to the needs of children.
